【摘要】总结了一例重症肺炎脱机困难患者短时间内成功脱机及肺康复护理。包括自主呼吸试验护理、拔除气管插管护理、肺康复护理。经过早期肺康复进行肺部清洁技术，有效气道廓清训练，肺部通气技术，呼吸肌力及肺功能锻炼，改善呼吸功能技术，肢体功能性活动，在患者及家属知情同意并积极配合下，2天顺利拔管，一周出院。 【关键词】 重症肺炎 气管插管术 肺康复 Nursing experience ofa case withsevere pneumonia weaning difficulty was weaned successfully with pulmonary rehabilitation 【Abstract】The nursing experience of a case ofsevere pneumonia weaning difficulty was weaned successfully with pulmonary rehabilitation was summarized, including the nursing of spontaneous breathing test, nursing of tracheal intubation extraction, nursing of pulmonary rehabilitation. After early pulmonary rehabilitation, pulmonary cleansing technology, effective airway clearance training, pulmonary ventilation technology, respiratory muscle strength and lung function training, and improvement of respiratory function technology, limb functional activities were successfully extubated in 2 days and discharged from hospital in 1 week with informed consent and active cooperation of the patient and his family. 【Key words】Severe pneumoniaEndotracheal intubationPulmonary rehabilitation
