摘 要：柔力球运动自1991年创编推广至今，由最初的竞技对抗形式增加了套路演练形式，其技术在不断更新，动作内容也在不断丰富完善，但相关理论研究却滞后于技术的发展。为此，本文运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、比较法和逻辑分析法，对花式柔力球难度动作分类进行研究。通过对柔力球难度动作分类的依据和技术特点进行研究，得出难度分类方法应从握拍方法、动作特征和难易程度三方面进行梳理分类，使其更具合理性、规范性和科学性。为柔力球花式和网式基本理论体系的构建提供参考，完善花式柔力球难度动作内容，加快柔力球学科理论建设。 关键词：花式柔力球；难度动作；分类 Research on classifying the difficulty movement of fancy Roliball
Abstract: Softball has been popularized since its creation in 1991, had come from the original competitive against form to routine practice, its technology in constantly update, action content is rich, but related theoretical research lags behind the development of the technology. So, by the means of bibliography, expert interview, comparative method and logic analysis, this paper studies the difficulty and classification of fancy Roliball. Through the classification and technical characteristics of Roliball difficulty. It is concluded that classification of difficulty classification should be carried out in three aspects: grip, action and difficulty. Make it more reasonable, normative and scientific. It provides reference for the construction of the basic theory system of fancy Roliball and net.
